IF YOU ARE SENDING A MESSAGE ABOUT A PRESCRIPTION REFILL, PLEASE KNOW THAT THE REFILL TURN AROUND TIME ON A NON-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IS 48 HOURS. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A MEDICATION REFILL ON A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, REFILL TURN AROUND TIME MAY BE UP TO 7 DAYS. PLEASE REQUEST REFILLS STRAIGHT THROUGH THE PORTAL RATHER THAN THROUGH YOUR PHARMACY TO SAVE TIME AND HEADACHE FOR EVERYONE.
 

IF YOU ARE SENDING A MESSAGE TO YOUR PROVIDER THAT IS NOT A MEDICATION REFILL REQUEST, APPOINTMENT REQUEST OR CHANGE, SUPPLEMENT REQUEST, TREATMENT PLAN CLARIFICATION FROM A RECENT VISIT, IS NOT DIRECTLY RELATED TO A RECENT APPOINTMENT, AND INVOLVES NEW SYMPTOMS OR IS A REQUEST FOR TREATMENT, YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE RECEIVING A CALL FROM OUR STAFF TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AS PROVIDERS DO NOT HAVE THE TIME BUILT INTO THEIR SCHEDULES TO ANSWER THE LARGE VOLUME OF PORTAL MESSAGES THEY ARE RECEIVING WITH THESE REQUESTS DAILY.
